Advertising for CHANEL eyeshadow

This is an ad for Chanel eyeshadow. I was inspired from Cammellia flower Which was Coco favorite flower, and nothing is more symbolic of Chanel than Cammellia.
Camellias grow in east Asia and China, and the oil of cammellia has been used in their culture in many ways. The oil has lots of benefits for skin, hair, and health. It is good for dry skin and help for acne, also It helps for growing finger nail. For this reason they use it in moiturizer and cusmetic.
Cammellia is a simbol of beauty, Its the jewels of the shadegarden that brighten the night with blooms of incredible variation and beauty.
My target audience are wemen so I try to brings all beauty toghether and show that how this eyeshadow has natural look exactly looks like a Cammellia bloom.

Advertising for CHANEL eyeshadow

These are my process for this ads, and I worked with photoshop.
The ads that you see on top was my final but there was not clear that I am talking about the eyeshadow,  so I changed it to Eyes In Bloom that focus more on eyes, and I took the hand with nail polish off, alsoI put the whole face instead of half.
The pink cammellia ads and white one were my first try.

My favorite blog.

An open sketch book blog is one of my favorite blog. If you go and see this blog you are going to see how strong she was in expressing her idea with lots of nice drawing and good concept. When you open this blog you really feel that you are opening a sketch book, which has different sketches, also, the white background helps the blog to more looks like a sketch book. What I really think that make this blog standout is sketching with ink, and rendering with different media, which shows that how she has been perfect and confident in her job. In my opinion, being strong in free sketching, and having good concept are the tools that help people to be a good designer.
